The Fire and Oak concept was originally designed three years ago by our corporate executive chef and both owners, Errick Paragioudakis, Joshua Dorras. We wanted to create a restaurant that was timeless in design with an emphasis on comfort foods made from the freshest ingredients , with a beautiful ambiance that would be exciting to the eye and as comfortable as sitting at home in front of your fireplace.
