Available daily 11:00 to 3:00. Lunch plates served with french fries, except the barbecue baked potato. Lunch plates are smaller portions than dinner entrees. However, dinner entrees are available all day, everyday.

Started by Russ Fiorella in Kansas City in 1957 and previously known as Smokestack BBQ, Jack Stack began as a traditional storefront barbecue restaurant with a modest selection of five to six items. Jack Fiorella, the eldest son, worked with his father until 1974, when he decided to branch off and start Fiorella’s Jack Stack of Martin City.
In the heart of this popular suburban city sits our spacious restaurant, complete with a full-service bar, dark woods, polished brass and a warm, friendly atmosphere. It’s ideal for lunch, dinner or large groups when you want to please a variety of tastes. And of course, the star of the show is our menu, filled with time-tested, award-winning barbecue fare!
