Good Life Cider - Interlaken, NY
Dry. Champagne style. Austere acidity backed with soft round tannins, coming from European bittersweets; Dabinett and Chisel Jersey. Aromas of ripe pear and caraway. Rich, creamy mouthfeel with a long sparkling finish. (8.3% ABV, 0.3%RS)
Semi-dry. Sparkling. A blend of American heirlooms, new world sharps, and European bittersweets. Bright acidity is balanced with subtle tannins. Fruit forward, grapefruit and lemons. (8% ABV, 2.2%RS)
Fresh and new. Mid-fermentation fresh apple cider. Unfiltered and unfined. Sweet and punchy. (3.5% ABV)

Black Diamond Cider - Trumansburg, NY
Estate grown. Dry. Sparkling. The Black Diamond terroir blend. Unfiltered, clean, crisp, and completely dry. Aromas of russet green apples and lime. Soft tannins, citrus, and bold minerality. (7.3% ABV, 0% RS)
Estate grown. Off-dry. Sparkling. A unique blend of American heirlooms, old English bittersweets, and rare red-fleshed apples- Pink Pearl and Redfield. Tropical fruit aromas with lively soft tannins that give way to a long lasting, slightly sweet finish. (7.4% ABV, 0.5%RS)
Estate grown. Semi-dry. Sparkling. A blend of heirloom russet and bittersweet apples. Bold tannins and sharp acidity on the front. Smooth, yet complex finish with hints of vanilla and fresh apple. (7.4% ABV, 1.5% RS)
Still and Dry. Made from apples harvested in 2014, fermented in stainless steel. A complex blend Spy, Ellis Bitter, Dabinett. This austere, dry, still cider surprised us with its unmistakable lemon-lime nose and remarkable thirst quenching qualities. The mid-palette is airy, tart and juicy, Kumquat, bitter orange peel and chalk make for a finish that is both substantial and lingering. (7.5% ABV, 1% RS)
Estate grown. Semi-dry. Champagne style. A blend of English and French bittersweets and bittersharps, fruity American cider apples and seedling varieties. The aroma is a play between sweet- honeysuckle, apple blossom and red apple; herbal gin, licorice, and allspice; and green tomato and sapling. The mouthfeel is big and thick with a soft but dry, velvety texture. The finish is full and balanced with lingering notes of sweet sour apricot. (8% ABV, 1.5% RS)
Estate grown. Sweet. Champagne style, receiving a dose of "sweet reserve" after disgorging. Aromas of apple butter, apple juice, fresh apple and vanilla move into an airy cream soda quality mid-palate. Fresh and juicy on the finish, dominated by ripe apple and watermelon. (6.2% ABV, 3% RS)
Estate grown. Ice Cider. Aromas of caramel, baked apple, and all spice. A heavy bodied and viscous mouth feel are balanced by a succulent acidity. Sugar and acid find equilibrium in the finish. (10 % ABV, 15.5% RS)
Redbyrd Orchard Cider - Hector, NY
Dry. Sparkling. Clean and crisp, with green apple and passionfruit on the nose. A mineral and slate palate, finishing with chalky tannins and an edge of mouth-watering acidity. (9% ABV, 0% R.S.)
Dry. Bottle conditioned. An English style cider. Butterscotch on the nose with papaya, vanilla, and a creamy smooth finish hinting at black tea. Tropical fruit forward. Oak vanilla from wood tannins. (8.5%ABV, 0.0%R.S.)
Estate grown. Dry. Bottle conditioned. Unfiltered. Crisp and full of citrus with structured tannins and a racy acidity. Minimal processing showcasing bright acidity of sharp and bittersharp apples. (8.3% ABV, 0.0% R.S.)
Semi-dry. Sparkling. Fresh and crisp, with balanced acidity and pleasant residual sugar, Rich in color with papaya, hyacinth, and cucumber on the nose. A mid palate of croissant, ginger and cinnamon. Lush clementine orange finish matched with mouth-watering tannins. (7.8% ABV, 2.0% R.S.)
Semi-dry. Sparkling. Primarily a blend of Wickson Crab and Manchiran Crab apples. Apples were pressed frozen, concentrating sugars and creating higher alcohol content and viscosity. Ginger, lemon peel and springtime on the nose. Gripping acidity with key lime, cinnamon, and vanilla. A ling lingering, clean finish with chalk tannins. (10.5% ABV, 2.0 R.S.)
South Hill Cider - Danby, NY
Off-dry. Sparkling. Fruit forward. Structure like a dry, sparkling Riesling. Tropical notes. (7% ABV, 0.9% R.S.)
Off-dry. Sparkling. High in both tannin and acidity from a blend of bittersweets and sharps , such as Roxbury Russet and Northern Spy. Fruit forward with the slightest hints of barrel on the nose and more on the finish. (8.2% ABV, 1.1% R.S.)
Semi-dry. Lightly sparkling. Aged in mature bourbon barrels. Vanilla highland scotch on the nose. Mineral to start, then solidly bittersweet on the mid palate with velvety tannins and a long juicy finish. (7.4% ABV, 1.2% r.s.)
Dry. Bottle conditioned. 100% wild seedling apple trees. Fresh stone fruit and mineral. Citrus and pomegranate, wine-like and chalky with a dry and cleansing finish. (8.3%ABV, 0% R.S.)
Still. A blend of apple brandy and sweet apple cider. Unoaked and unaged. Fresh and fruity, with balanced acidity. A sweetness reminiscent of cloves and brandy. (19% ABV, 12% R.S.)
