Finezza has been a dining tradition in Nashville since 1991. Once a kept secret, Nashvillians have discovered the delicious food at Finezza by word of mouth. Over the past 17 years, Finezza has proudly been serving authentic, Italian dishes such as Ziti ala Rustica and Salmon Affogati, treating diners to the flavor of the "old county" while offering fresh Italian dishes with a modern twist.On August 1, 2008, Finezza was purchased by long time manager Karen Yerbich. After working at Finezza for over 9 years, when the restaurant's current owner decided to sell the restaurant, Karen thought, "He is going to sell it to somebody, why not me?" Seeing a golden opportunity to purchase the restaurant she really cared about and with a desire to take care of her second family - the employees of Finezza - Karen took over Finezza Trattoria renaming it Finezza Italian Bistro.
