Latex Technology
Information: Latex Inks are ideal for wide and super-wide applications, outdoor applications as well as for high-quality indoor signage. Latex Inks are pigmented, water-based inks using HP’s aqueous-dispersed polymer (“Latex”) technology. The water-based formulations of HP Latex Inks reduce the impact of printing on the environment. Project Types: Vehicle wraps and graphics, soft signage, point of purchase displays, wall coverings, and light boxes. Durability: Outdoor prints achieve display permanence up to three years unlaminated, and up to five years laminated. Indoor prints will last up to five years unlaminated and 10 years laminated. It is scratch, smudge, and water resistant.

UV Technology
Information: UV printing is different from conventional printing as the ink dries through a completely different process. When the inks are exposed to ultra-violet lights they turn from liquid to a solid and are instantly dry. Another advantage of UV printing is that the inks can dry on plastic and other non-porous substrate. Basically, if you can get the stock through the press you can print on it. Using UV technology allows the printed product to be more resistant to fading, rubbing, moisture, and heat because it has been exposed to maximum levels of UV light. Substrate List: Banner material, billboards, and any polyurethane material. Size: welds in 4-foot sections, with unlimited crossover. Features: High frequency (HF) welding is the joining of material by supplying HF energy. Through the melding process, the material is fused and a weld has been created and the weld seam is as or even stronger than the surrounding material.

This status is granted to physical facilities qualified to use the G7 Proof-to-Print Process and uses the most modern technology, techniques, and press controls to produce a close visual match from proof to print. Fineline uses the G7 standard on all graphic prints which allows for a calibration method for adjusting any CMYK imaging device to simulate the G7 grayscale definition. This yields a visual match between different imaging systems for near-neutral calibration. This allows for prints to match color on nearly all color palettes, providing the customer with neutral color-match on all graphic print projects.
