This class will focus on examination of how cheese and wine interact, what works, what doesn't and why. We will pair 4 wines with several cheeses and accompaniments, compare them and let you decide what you like.
Chocolate Tasting 101
This class goes over the fascinating history of chocolate, where it comes from and how it came to be what it is today. You will learn how it is made and taste the differences in single origin chocolates from around the world.
