A Sizzlin Celebration. We take pride in our Fajitas by using our exclusive seasoning rub and slowly grilling it over mesquite charcoal. The sizzling fajitas come over a hot comal with onions, and are served with sides of cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and our homemade flour tortillas. Order by the Pound or Half-pound for a great "make your own" meal. You can also mix and match any two meats to create a full pound.

Fajitas are a traditional south-western dish created by the range cowboys when they learned to marinate pieces of beef before cooking it over an open fire. The beef was cut into strips and rolled inside tortillas. We serve a pound of sizzling fajitas over onions with cheddar cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream. Plenty of fresh flour tortillas are provided for creating your favorite combination.
