Fajitas Grill opened March 13, 2010. Owners Mario and Paty wanted to provide the best Mexican food on the Emerald Coast and after extensive planning and sleepless nights, Fajitas Grill was born due to our love of Fajitas. Mario and Paty's families have been in restaurant business for decades, so they felt embarqing upon their own restaurant was only appropriate. Our Authentic Mexican dishes were picked from great family recipes and are prepared for you by our head chef, Leoncio & Pollo whom infuses their own delicious spices to the dishes.
