About Us
In 1988 Raul and Maria Gutierrez opened Fajita Fiesta “tacos al carbon” in Fresno Ca. The original location in downtown Fresno has operated for over twenty years and still serves what Raul and Maria believe to be the best and most authentic food in the Valley. They originally immigrated from Mexico and learned the culture an authenticity of Mexican in their households where they were raised.
Both learned the restaurant business by working in distinguished Mexican Restaurants in Houston TX before coming to California.Our fajitas and enchiladas along with the rest of our menu is made fresh daily only using the freshest ingredients. We look forward to serving Fresno and the Central Valley for a long time so come visit us and enjoy our food.
