This class is open to F5 members and anyone who is looking to improve their kettlebell technique. Movements covered include the swing, clean, snatch, get up, squat and press. Non-member drops in are allowed. Members are encouraged to bring a friend to this class :) This class is open to all levels, as we can scale it to your current ability with the various exercises. The movement we focus on each week will change on a rotating schedule. To find out which movement is our technique focus for a particular week, please text us 323-285-5348 In this class, we will use drills and skill practice to get your kettlebell movements dialed-in. Since classic kettlebell movement, like the swing, make for a great cardio workout, this hour will include both skills and conditioning to leave you feeling improved and energized. Happy swinging!
