Contact Lens Follow-up (15 min)

This service is for patients who have already had a comprehensive eye exam and contact lens evaluation at our office. The follow-up is for evaluation of diagnostic contact lenses and finalizing the contact lens prescription.

Medical Eye Exam (15 min)

Evaluation and treatment of a medically related eye condition such as dry eye, eye allergies, pink eye, flashes/floaters, foreign body in the eye, etc.

Pediatric Eye Exam - Previous Pt (45 min)

Yearly eye exam for children b/w 5 to 18 who've been examined at our office before. Includes evaluation of binocular vision, color vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, prescription for glasses and dilated fundus exam to check for eye disease.

Yearly Exam w/ Contacts - New Pt (45 min)

For new patients who wish to have a comprehensive eye exam with determination of glasses prescription, dilation, AND contact lens fitting (cost of contact lens fitting is additional).

Yearly Exam w/Contacts - Prev Pt (45 min)

For patients who've been examined at our office before & wish to have a comprehensive eye exam with determination of glasses prescription, dilation, AND contact lens fitting (cost of contact lens fitting is additional).

Yearly Eye Exam - Previous Pt (30 min)

For patients who've been examined at our office before. Includes visual field screening, binocular vision testing, visual acuity evaluation, determination of glasses prescription and dilated fundus exam to check for eye disease.
