Personal training is the fastest and safest way to reach your personal goals. At Exygon, we have the right fitness professional for every level of training. Our certified fitness trainers have specialized training in exercise physiology, biomechanics, sport specific training, functional fitness and weight loss. We offer one on one and small group sessions. For your convenience, we have hour and half hour sessions. Exygon trainers will evaluate and assess your body for muscular imbalances and design personalized programs to fit your needs and maximize your goals.
Fit Trac
Starting a fitness program can be confusing and overwhelming. What's right for one person can be all wrong for another. That's why every new Exygon member receives four complimentary sessions with a certified personal trainer. During your complimentary sessions, you can discuss your goals with a proven fitness professional and begin creating a program designed to achieve the results you want.
Group Classes
Cardio Mix
One hour of cardio and strength training including the best mix of floor aerobics and step. With the use of resistance bands, body bar and/or the body ball, it's guaranteed to mix up your workout! It will get your feet moving and your heart pumping.
Cycling
This class combines a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques, breathing awareness and heart rate training in specified Energy Zones. Burn an average of 500 calories in 45 minutes of non-impact, individually paced cardiovascular exercise! Inspirational music and a non-competitive environment ensure a fun, effective experience for all ages and fitness levels. For first time participants, we recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time for assistance with proper bike set up.
Cycle 30
Love to cycle but short on time? Cycle 30 is the perfect class for you! Get your cardio done in 30 minutes! This class is great for any person at any fitness level. Whether you're new to cycle, new to group fitness, or simply pressed for time, Cycle30 is your perfect solution! Burn calories as you improve muscular endurance and cardio fitness! You'll cycle to great music motivating you through a ride that best suits your fitness level and goals! Extreme30
Extreme30 is based on H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) which is the most cutting-edge approach to hit the fitness industry. You'll get a full body workout with short burst of cardio in 30 minutes!! The added benefit to this class is you work at your level at your own pace!
Body Pump
BODYPUMP ™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit! We use light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. BODYPUMP is available as either a 45 or 30-minute workout. For first time participants, we recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time for assistance with equipment set up. Hip Hop ExO2
Who's ready for the club? Club ExO2! Enjoy an hour-long cardio fitness dance experience while you work it to your favorite dance club and hip-hop tracks. You are guaranteed an intense calorie burning, full body workout as you warm up dance moves for a night out with your friends.
Kidz Fit Club
Kids love to crank up the music, move around and have a blast with their friends. So why not get fit while they're at it? Kidz Fit uses a variety of fun fitness activities to get kids moving and becoming more physically active! Our goal is to help children develop active, positive lifestyles, integrating knowledge and fun activities to help convince children that exercise is important to their well-being and increase the chance that physical activity will become a part of their daily lives. Class age groups are 4yr-7yr and 8yr-12yr. Length of class: 30 Minutes. All kids participating in Kidz Fit are required to wear closed toe shoes or athletic shoes.
Les Mills Body Attack
Les Mills Body Attack™ is a 45 minute high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. Combining athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Please bring your own mat.
Body Attack & Body Flow
Body Attack and Body Flow Combo – is 30 minutes of high-energy cardio fitness followed with 15 minutes of moves focusing on flexibility, controlled breathing and a series of stretches. 2 for 1 in 45 minutes! Please bring a yoga mat.
Les Mills Body Flow
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Les Mills Cxworx
CXWORX – Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it's the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it's challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Les Mills Grit
Les Mills Grit is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
