Open gym is great to work on skills you are having difficulty with, and it's always here if you can't make it to a specific class time. After taking a few classes, you will get an idea of how to set up circuits for yourself. Even if you wanted to go for a quick run but it's raining out! Same price as a class and you can just sign-in at the front desk
