Burn is our signature cardio and strength workout using the High Intensity Interval Training Method (HIIT). HIIT is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Each Burn class delivers a full body workout with a focus on utilizing different muscle groups in conjunction with cardio rounds to increase endurance, strengthen muscles, and burn fat. No workout is the same, so expect to be pushed past your limits and never reach a plateau. To achieve this, we use a combination of functional movements, strength training, plyometrics, and treadmill intervals. Our small class size offers the same personalized attention and motivation as personal training with an energetic atmosphere.
