At Evergreen, we serve a variety of Chinese dishes, including Cantonese, Taiwanese, and Hakka specialties. We also have a huge variety of vegetarian and vegan options, which are prepared using a separate cutting board and wok. Our chef, Connie Fan, says that when people come to Evergreen she wants it to feel like they are eating their grandmother's cooking.
