We offer a variety of banquet services for breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or breaks. Everything from formal fine dining to pastries and other snacks are available to you in customizing the menu to your special event. In addition to services provided inside the event center, Rhythm City also offers three dining options to tempt your guests' taste buds. Large party reservations are also available in each of the three restaurants including private meeting spaces inside Robert's Buffet and Ruthies Steak & Seafood. Beverage Service
Rhythm City offers a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for your event. Alcoholic selections include bottled beer, wine, champagne and liquors. Our business center is a space for your guests to print out their boarding passes and do any other business before hitting the road (or air). Flexibility isn't just for yogis! Our event space is customizable to any number of configurations and needs, large and small. Reserve all 16,000+ square feet of meeting space (including pre-con space) or part of it. Use the large Davenport Room for your presentations and the Quad Rooms - Burlington, Clinton, Dubuque and Ft. Madison - for your breakout sessions. Configurable to one extra large space, two large spaces, five broken up spaces or any combination, there is nothing our event space can't flex for you! Use the two green rooms as a preparation and resting space for your speakers, complete with individual restrooms. Set up as many as 72 trade show booths, we've hosted events such as the Quad-City Times Senior Expo and Career Fair. For needs of a smaller scale, utilize our boardroom (seats eight) and the Riverside/Larchwood space for up to 70 guests (also customizable). Meet the Chef
Carina Fleetwod, Chef D' Cuisine
Our banquets group inherited a burst of wholesome goodness when Quad Cities native Carina Fleetwood joined after spending two years at Robert's Buffet as Chef D' Cuisine. Having learned how to cook authentic Mexican and Italian food from her mother, who worked at a restaurant when she was growing up, Carina fell in love with the kitchen very young. At 13, she got her work permit and she's been doing her dream work ever since! Taught by some of the top chefs from around the world, she now enjoys bringing her own flair to the (dining) table and opening guests' palates up to new foods. Her Latin heritage means she's very comfortable both in the kitchen and on the dining floor, building relationships with Rhythm City guests. For Carina, cooking is more than just a meal; her craft is her pride and her guests become her family.
