We'll roll out the red carpet treatment while you sit back, relax and enjoy the full experience of what our Group Sales team has to offer! Bring your wedding, anniversary dinner, charity events, business meetings and training sessions to us and we'll see to it that you and your guests are fully taken care of with flawless execution. Complimentary parking, valet and airport shuttle services kick the mood off right. Once you arrive, everything needed for your special event or meeting exists on property. If you have any special requests, we'll see to it that they're provided for you as well.
Dining
We offer a variety of banquet services for breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or breaks. Everything from formal fine dining to pastries and other snacks are available to you in customizing the menu to your special event. In addition to services provided inside the event center, Rhythm City also offers three dining options to tempt your guests' taste buds. Large party reservations are also available in each of the three restaurants including private meeting spaces inside Robert's Buffet and Ruthies Steak & Seafood. All food and beverages served inside the event center must be purchased through Rhythm City Casino Resort® (excluding wedding cake, mints and nuts). Please inquire today for more details.
Beverage Service
Rhythm City offers a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for your event. Alcoholic selections include bottled beer, wine, champagne and liquors. Open bar or cash bar is available per the discretion of the booking client. Non-alcoholic beverages include selections such as soda, juices, coffee, tea or lemonade. Hotel Accomodations
For extended visits, nothing beats the comfort of a modern and luxurious hotel only steps away from your meeting space. Your guests are welcome to enjoy all of the amentities that Rhythm City has to offer including The Spa, fitness center and pool. When the sun goes down, guests can experience the thrill of a 30,000 square foot casino floor including an assortment of table games and over 1,000 gaming options. For music lovers, the Rhythm Room lounge offers live acts every weekend. Check our events calendar to see who's playing this weekend! Business Center: We always hate to see you go, but all good things must come to an end! Our business center is a space for your guests to print out their boarding passes and do any other business before hitting the road (or air). Guests of John Deere enjoy private company internet lines. Rhythm City can also handle a number of additonal services for your event including, but not limited to: Table Linens, Decorative Serveware, Cake Cutting & Serving, Audio/Visual Equipment, Bartender Services, Professional Service Staff, Cake Cutting & Serving, Audio/Visual Equipment.

Flexibility isn't just for yogis! Our event space is customizable to any number of configurations and needs, large and small. Reserve all 16,000+ square feet of meeting space (including pre-con space) or part of it. Use the large Davenport Room for your presentations and the Quad Rooms - Burlington, Clinton, Dubuque and Ft. Madison - for your breakout sessions. Configurable to one extra large space, two large spaces, five broken up spaces or any combination, there is nothing our event space can't flex for you! Use the two green rooms as a preparation and resting space for your speakers, complete with individual restrooms. Set up as many as 72 trade show booths, we've hosted events such as the Quad-City Times Senior Expo and Career Fair. For needs of a smaller scale, utilize our boardroom (seats eight) and the Riverside/Larchwood space for up to 70 guests (also customizable). Barbara's keen eye for detail and remarkable ability to hear what you're saying without you having to (fully) say it is what sets the entire Group Sales team apart. Her job is to make your vision a reality and she does so with seemingly flawless effort. Barbara knows very well how to make your event go off without a hitch! Unless you're getting hitched and, in that case, with just the one hitch!

Think of Andrew as being five-star at life. If there was a hall of fame for customer service, he'd be in it. There is not a single problem he can't solve for you and your guests, so be sure to track him down with your special needs and individual requests. We think he actually enjoys the challenge!
Domitila Bevil, Asst. Catering Manager
Domitila is as unique as her name and she makes magic happen both in the kitchen and on the buffet and dining tables. She works closely with your chef and the duo will knock your taste buds off!
Meet the Chef
Carina Fleetwod, Chef D' Cuisine
Our banquets group inherited a burst of wholesome goodness when Quad Cities native Carina Fleetwood joined after spending two years at Robert's Buffet as Chef D' Cuisine. Having learned how to cook authentic Mexican and Italian food from her mother, who worked at a restaurant when she was growing up, Carina fell in love with the kitchen very young. At 13, she got her work permit and she's been doing her dream work ever since! Taught by some of the top chefs from around the world, she now enjoys bringing her own flair to the (dining) table and opening guests' palates up to new foods. Her Latin heritage means she's very comfortable both in the kitchen and on the dining floor, building relationships with Rhythm City guests. For Carina, cooking is more than just a meal; her craft is her pride and her guests become her family.
