We only work on computers that are compatible with running Windows. By concentrating our knowledge in this area, it allows us to fully understand every aspect of the operating system. We are certified through Microsoft to perform maintenance on customers’ computers. We have been certified in Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel. We are also Cisco A+ certified to prove our knowledge with fixing computers. These certifications come in very handy to go the extra mile by showing people how to preform everyday tasks on their computer.
