The Army of Flanders (Spanish: Ejército de Flandes) was a multinational army in the service of the Habsburg kings of Spain that was based in Belgium during the 16th to 18th centuries. Our particular family heritage in the Brugge region was strongly influenced by the Spanish in Belgium. Belgium is indeed the melting pot of Europe and as such our recipes have a wide range of influences.
