Class Description
Integrated Vinyasa
Integrated Vinyasa™ is a yoga practice rooted in intelligent, natural evolutionary patterns and emphasizes the subtle inner work we access via our physical bodies and movement. It unifies the polarities of alignment and flow, anatomy and energetics, engagement and relaxation, outer and inner, focus and release, structure and spontaneity, and work and play. More than simply a style of yoga, Integrated Vinyasa™ illuminates our relationship with Nature, our interconnectedness and an energetically sustainable approach to living fully.
Yoga Hiit
15 mins Yoga//15 mins HIIT/15 mins Yoga. Start with seated meditation/pranayama & lead into a slow vinyasa warm up. Next feel the burn with a 15 minute high intensity interval bodyweight (using only your body, no added weights) circuit of movements including legs, arms, core & cardio. Complete your experience with work on a peak yoga pose and winding down with deep stretching and finishing yoga poses.
Vinyasa Yoga All Levels
Vinyasa is a practice that allows for an awakening of energy and exploration of your edges in a conscious way through movement and breath. This practice flows through a sequence of postures to improve strength, flexibility, and mind body connection. In Vinyasa All Levels, flow will be built upon the foundational sequences of Vinyasa Flow 1, with various modifications and/or enhancements offered for a range of new practitioners to advanced practitioners. Expect to be challenged and revitalized no matter what your experience level. Intermediate/advanced students will have the opportunity to work into deeper backbends, arm balancing, and inversions. All levels are welcome.
Vinyasa Yoga 2
Vinyasa is a practice that allows for an awakening of energy and exploration of your edges in a conscious way through movement and breath. This practice flows through a sequence of postures to improve strength, flexibility, and mind body connection. In Vinyasa 2, flow will be built upon the foundational sequences of Vinyasa 1 with more advanced options offered. Intermediate and advanced students will have the opportunity to work into deeper backbends, arm balancing, and inversions. It is recommended that students have a familiarity with Vinyasa flow practice prior to attending.
Barre
Sculpt and tone legs, glutes, core, and even arms using traditional ballet barre exercises with an extra burn! Barre, resistance bands, dumbells, and pilates balls may be used in combination to give you the best high intensity barre workout possible! Set to energetic music, be ready to sweat and have fun! Don't forget to bring a yoga mat!
Power Vinyasa Yoga
An energizing and challenging practice that emphasizes conscious sequencing of strength-building poses along with conscious breath to tap into inner fire & power. Strength, focus and flexibility are cultivated in this graceful and playful practice. Vinyasa is a practice that allows for an awakening of energy and exploration of your edges in a conscious way through movement and breath. Power Vinyasa Flow will be built upon the foundational sequences of Vinyasa 1 and 2 with more advanced options for poses introduced, as well as a heated studio. The added element of external heat will help to stimulate detoxification and warm the muscles for a deep practice. Intermediate and advanced students will have the opportunity to work into deeper backbends, arm balancing, and inversions. It is recommended that students have a familiarity with Vinyasa flow practice prior to attending. Expect to be challenged and revitalized regardless of experience.
Vin/Yin Yoga
This yoga fusion class blends the two styles of Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. Warm up the body with 45-60 minutes of Level 2 Vinyasa Flow followed by long holds in deep passive stretches with the support of bolsters, blocks and blankets. Yin yoga is a wonderful way to create long-term change in the body as it gently stresses tendons, ligaments, joints, bones and cartilage. Vin will wake you and refresh you, while Yin provides sweet release for your body and your mind.
Cardio Barre
This 45-minute heart-pumping class is sure to leave you dripping in sweat. This faster-paced class includes high-intensity movements to increase your cardiovascular endurance followed by low-intensity active recovery periods in between exercises. If you've got some energy to burn, this is the class for you. This class is intended for intermediate to advanced barre practitioners. Don't forget to bring a mat!
Restorative Yoga
This gentle practice uses props to support practitioners in resting poses for several minutes at a time, allowing for deep stretching without introducing strain to the body. It's a great complement to an active lifestyle, and it is also a very calming practice that allows practitioners to reset psychologically and let go of mental stress. Appropriate for beginners and all levels.
