Warriors
A fantastic workout for all levels, this combination class of cycling and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) off the bike promotes losing body fat...fast. We will tax every major muscle group while maximizing cardiac capacity, ensuring the highest calorie burn possible. Come ready for anything and everything! Our Ryders and Lowry studios feature the RealRyder bikes, our LoHi studio offers Matrix bikes, and our Broadway studio features the Schwinn Carbon Blue. SPD clips shoes or regular sneakers work on all bikes. All levels are welcome and instructors help with setting up the bikes and proper form. We recommend beginners arrive early for a quick briefing on the flow of class.
Functional Indoor Cycling
Fun, hard-hitting, innovative, indoor cycling like nowhere else in the world! Get full-body sculpting, work your core, and take your performance to the max. Our Ryders & Lowry studios feature the Real Ryder bikes, Our LoHi studio features Matrix bikes, and our Broadway studio features the Schwinn Carbon Blue bike. SPD clips shoes or sneakers both work on all bikes. All levels welcome.
Boxing
Learn to throw all six punches with power and precision. You will also learn to put together multiple combinations using all the punches, simulating a true boxer. Get quicker hands, quicker feet, stronger punches, and better control and balance with your legs. Learn how to use both the speed bag and the heavy bag.
Functional Indoor Cycling- Heart Rate Training
Endorphin's classic Functional Indoor cycling class with a twist! You will have the option to monitor and display your heart rate, training zones, and calories burned during class as well as receive an email report after class! Class will be led to optimize training zones and recovery efficiency to get the most out of your workout! You can bring your own heart rate monitor ito class or you can borrow one from the teacher. OnBeat is compatible with most all Heart Rate monitors with the exception of Apple & FitBit. The preferred OnBeat monitor can be purchased here: onbeat.fit/store or from Sharon Madison in class. If you are new to this class, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to class to sync your heart rate monitor.
Mobility and Recovery
A 45 minute practice that will help you improve your range of motion and mobility through various stretches and movements. Learn ways to improve posture through mid line stabilization movements. Stretch, lengthen and learn to roll out and smash muscles with lacrosse balls, and give your body the attention it deserves for improved mobility. This is a great class for anyone also looking to improve their performance in other classes or activities outside of the gym. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you.
