Based on a fusion of Pilates and classic barre techniques, we have created an efficient and safe program that focuses on proper form. It's the perfect blend of deep muscle toning with resistance, the grace of ballet, the flexibility of yoga and the core strengthening of Pilates. The class is designed in a specific sequence that builds strength and stamina with intervals of sprints and recovery. The sequence allows for interchangeable "blocks" of exercises for versatility. We use light to heavy hand weights, a playground ball and an exercise band as props to achieve maximal results
