About Us
Ellensburg Pasta Company is owned by Bruce and Joann Harris, who have a combined 30 years culinary experience. It is their personal guarantee that you will be greeted warmly, receive excellent service and a fine dining experience.The actual building at 600 N. Main was constructed in the early 1930's by Milton D. Camozzy and George P. Williams. Quality detail was expressed in their use of tongue and grove construction, which still can be seen in Harris' storage room. As with several other existing businesses on Main Street, the original intent was a service station for gas and tire repair. In speaking with an Ellensburg Historian, back then if you were going out on an afternoon you would have several flat tires in one outing.Camozzy and Williams continued with the station, eventually becoming a "Firestone One Stop Service, 24-Hour Service," until it was sold between 1942-1948.After that, from 1948 until 2002 the site hosted a Nash Car Dealership, a Buick-Pontiac dealership and various other businesses. Finally, in 2002 Ellensburg Pasta Co. was up and running.
