Join Amanda for Core & Booty Pop Up! A 50-minute class designed to safely activate and build strength in the abdominals, glutes, and upper back. We will warm up with dance-like movements across the floor, follow with isometric strengthening activities for the core and glutes, and end with a cool down on the floor.
