1 hour of onsite service for your Mac computer (1 hour minimum). Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. This service includes a tech coming to your home or business to fix your mac issues. Once your appointment has been booked, you will receive a call to go over the issues you are having and to verify that we know how to get to your location.

Remote Mac Service - Nationwide

Remote Service for your Mac. This service is for us to connect to your Mac remotely to help you with software issues like Adware Removal, system tuneups, help with issues over the phone, etc. Billed in 15 min increments. After you schedule your appointment, you will receive an email with a link to download the program that will allow us to connect to your computer. Please download that program and open it to allow us to connect to your computer. If you need help downloading and installing the program, we can cover that as part of the remote service.
