Students enrolled in this class will increase their general muscle tone and strength, and burn their calories with every turn of the wheel. Each person in this class can choose their own goals for the session.
Tumble & Roll Gymnastics
Kids enrolled in this class will learn to build a range of motor and coordination skills, a sense of body awareness, and balance. This class focuses on basic tumbling skills. The students will have fun while mastering the art of somersaults, cartwheels, handstands, headstands, back bends, dive rolls, and fish flops.
This class focuses on bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements are performed. This aims to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. TRX is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells.
Students enrolled in this class will learn more on body awareness. This class teaches students how to train their mind and build symmetry and coordination in the body. Focus on breath and alignment of the spine.
Students enrolled in this class will learn to reduce stress and increase fitness, good health, and flexibility. This class is systematic and flowing. Yoga is an ancient body/mind practice that would help students explore their body and release stress while strengthening and toning their muscles.
