woody creek rye, cognac, sweet vermouth, benedictine, peychaud's & angostura bitters; The French Quarter, also known as the Vieux Carré, is the oldest neighborhood in the city of New Orleans! Our Vieux Carre here at Eight K is not quite as old as the French Quarter but it has been ageing for over a year in our Oak Barrels
8K Barrel-Aged Bijou Blanc
woody creek gin, green chartreuse, dry vermouth & orange bitters; Bijou means "jewel" in French. It is said to have been invented by Harry Johnson. This cocktail is called Bijou because it combines the colors of three jewels: gin for diamond, vermouth for ruby, and chartreuse for emerald
