Eduardo's opened in Aug 1985 in Chickasha Oklahoma by Ed Hicks and family. Ed had been a franchisee with a fast food Mexican chain before opening Eduardo's. Ed wanted to bring great "Tex Mex" into Southern Oklahoma. He spent several years developing recipes from popular "Tex Mex" restaurants in Dallas, Ft Worth and San Antonio. After opening in Chickasha a new Eduardo's was opened in Duncan Oklahoma in 1988 which is operated by Ed's son Joe Hicks. In 2001 a 3rd Eduardo's was opened in Ada Oklahoma and is owned and operated by Travis and April Lagaly. Travis has been with Eduardo's since 1985. We use the same recipes that we started with in 1985 and have added new ones along the way. We always hope to exceed your expectations with high quality meals at a reasonable price.
