Edna’s Ichiban Restaurant publicly opened in late summer of 1994 in a small place along Gellert Blvd. in Daly City, California. The restaurant progressed from what was then a home based food catering business providing friends and relatives the convenience of entertaining guests. Long queue of patrons crowded our place everyday and many of them could not be properly accommodated. Consequently, the owners looked for a suitable place in the vicinity to better serve our growing clientele. Less than a year after, we moved to what is now the present location.
