Jason is a native of Concord and graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a BFA in Art Education. Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)
Is a specialized form of manual therapy that utilizes static pressure on specific myofascial points to relieve pain. This technique manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons and connective tissue) to balance the central nervous system.
Relaxation Massage or Swedish Massage
Uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension.
Deep Tissue Massage

Hot Stone Massage
