Abdominal Castor Oil Pack with Foot Reflexology, Colon Hydrotherapy, Steam/Fume Bath, Facial and Massage. The Cayce Cleanse is a wonderfully restorative cleanse as well as a tonic for the whole body. The castor oil pack is the Cayce-recommended way to remove toxins from the liver and ascending colon, and reflexology gently stimulates organs, bone, and muscle. Next, your colonic works to cleanse the large intestine, followed by the steam/fume bath to help you detoxify through the skin, your body's largest organ of elimination. Your therapist will guide you in selecting from our essential oils to add a healthful aroma to your steam. The facial and massage complete your package of refreshment to muscle, blood, lymph, skin, and nerve tissue.
Abdominal Castor Oil Pack with Acupressure, Colon Hydrotherapy, Manual Lymph Drainage. The Lymph Cleanse specifically targets the lymphatics, critical to the body's immune system. The package begins with the castor oil pack, Cayce-recommended to cleanse and detoxify the liver and ascending colon. During the pack, acupressure, with its direct finger pressure on acupuncture points, works to release and reduce stress, tension, and pain. The colonic then cleanses the large wastes from the body, opening pathways for the finer eliminations from blood and lymph. To complete this package, your Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD®) therapist applies the series of refined, slow, rhythmical manual movements, which are signature to this therapy. MLD® produces a calm, relaxed state, drains excess fluid (congestion) from systems and tissues, balances the nervous system, and bolsters health in the immune system.
Abdominal Castor Oil Pack with Foot Reflexology, Epsom Salts Bath, Paraffin Bath for Hands and Feet, Facial and Massage. The Skin Cleanse provides a healthful pampering and rejuvenation of the body's largest organ, the skin. The Cayce-recommended castor oil pack to cleanse and detoxify the liver and ascending colon is applied; then foot reflexology does its part to gently stimulate internal organs, bone, and muscle. Sixteen pounds of Epsom salts added to your bath provide the buoyant and soothing cleanse through the skin, after which a triple paraffin dip for the hands and feet soothe dry skin and sore muscles and joints in these sensitive areas. The facial and massage, which complete your package, refresh muscle, blood, lymph, skin, and nerve tissue, leaving you with a beautiful glow. Each Package is 4 Hours
Abdominal Castor Oil Pack, Lung/Large Intestine Acupressure, Colon Hydrotherapy, Steam/Fume Bath, Massage or Reiki. People who have experienced alternating lung and colon problems may benefit from this spa package. After the castor oil packCayce-recommended to cleanse and detoxify the liver and ascending colonis applied, your therapist performs the specific acupressure technique to open the meridian, or energetic channel, between the lungs and the large intestine. Then the colonic cleanses the large intestine, and the steam/fume bath helps you detoxify through the skin. Foot reflexology is the study and practice of gently pressing reflex points on the feet with specific hand and finger techniques, to relax corresponding parts of the body. The body can then return to a state of equilibrium, or homeostasis, where circulation flows unimpeded and organs function normally.
Manual Lymph Drainage
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD®) is the therapeutic application of a series of refined, slow, rhythmical manual movements, which produces a calm, relaxed state, promoting the flow of lymph fluid. MLD® drains excess fluid from the tissues and also has a detoxifying effect. A healthy lymphatic system removes waste products from the connective tissue efficiently, balances the nervous system, relieves congestion, and promotes a healthy immune system.
Hypnosis is a state of relaxation and focused concentration in which one can act upon suggestions for behavioral change. Individual sessions can help you: Explore your inner soul consciousness through past-life regression; Investigate karmic relationships; Understand your life journey and connect you with your inner wisdom; Improve self-esteem; Lower your stress levels; Change your eating habits for weight management; Conquer negative habits, such as smoking; Foster healing of body, mind, and spirit.
Castor Oil Packs
Edgar Cayce recommended abdominal castor oil packs as a home remedy for all types of problems involving lymphatic flow, including: Inflammation; Congestion; Constipation; Liver, kidney, and pelvic disorders. After your appointment, retain your pack for six months or more for additional home use.
A colonic is an internal bath, using a professionally designed machine to cleanse the colon. The application is a safe, gentle infusion of warm filtered water, which circulates throughout the large intestine, dissolving and removing waste products, while the client lies comfortably on a table. Water temperature and pressure are closely monitored and regulated during a series of fills and releases. A hospital gown ensures complete coverage for modesty and warmth. As the method is an enclosed system, the waste materials are removed without the unpleasant odors or discomfort usually associated with enemas.
Acupressure provides a bridge between ancient and modern energy therapies, using gentle, direct finger pressure on acupuncture points. Acupressure: Releases stress and tension, Reduces pain and discomfort, Balances mind and body energies.
The craniosacral system consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Clients lie fully clothed on the massage table while the therapist lightly palpates the head, neck, sacrum, and legsaffecting the craniosacral pulse throughout the body. This often results in a decrease in pain, an increase in motion, and a heightened sense of well-being.
According to Cayce, facials are helpful not only in relieving clogged pores and skin blemishes, but in preventing sagging facial muscles. Our facial procedure includes hot towels, cleansing, clay mask, toning, moisturizing, and misting. While the mask is drying, your feet are gently massaged.
Steam/fume baths were recommended to increase eliminations through the skin and lungs. An essential oil or other substance is added to the steam. It vaporizes, then settles on the skin to be absorbed through the pores. Having a steam before a massage helps relax muscles and aids in absorption of the massage oils. To be avoided if you have high blood pressure or heart or kidney problems.
Breathwork - Conscious Breathing
a means to restore physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Rather than advocating breath-control techniques, this approach aims at rediscovering the natural flow of the breath and liberating it from the tension that stress can impose. In practice, we can alter an emotional state as well as affect physiological changes in the body by consciously adopting specific modes of breathing!
