Micervat-lentils cooked in berbere-hot red peppers, spices onion and garlic. Kik-yellow split peas sauteed in onion garlic and ginger. Fasolea- green beans and carrots sauteed in onions. Aletha cabbage-cabbage made with carrots, sauteed onion, garlic and tumeric. Served with salad.
