As you may have noticed at your local market, beef prices have gone sky high, there are an increasing number of reasons for this. Whether it's because a good portion of the nations corn feed is being diverted to ethanol production, high protein / low carb diets or just simply supply vs. demand issues, quality beef is not cheap! Some of you may not know that there are many different grades of meat as well as different companies who produce it. After extensive testing of various cuts, grades and producers, we feel we have come up with the highest quality product for each of our steaks.
