IL Cuore 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon 'California'

This vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, and Merlot varieties. The Cabernet offers black cherry flavors and plenty of supple tannins. Petite Sirah contributes lush ripe plum and berry flavors plus adding to the wine body. Merlot adds floral scents and a smooth mouthfeel. Barrel aging occurred in neutral 60-gallon oak cooperage allowing the wine to develop complex yet not be dominated by aggressive oak flavors
IL Cuore 2018 Zinfandel 'Lodi'

IL CUORE Zinfandel grapes were harvested from a premier vineyard in Lodi, famous for fertile soil and excellent Zinfandel production. We sourced Petite Sirah to increase the rich dark red color, fruit flavors, and smooth mouth-feel of the blend.
