t is a collaboration between Luca and Andrea, 2 friends that worked togheter for years at PIOLA and have a combined experience of 30 years in the food service. Both Italian, Luca comes from Modena, in the Emilia Romagna region, famous for the Tortellini, Lasagna, Balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese, Prosciutto di Parma and Ferrari !!! He started working in restaurants at the young age of 16 going through jobs in Porto Cervo and Marbella (Spain), he then came to the United States and worked as a waiter in PIOLA Hallandale where he became the manager. In the beginning of 2010 he moved to PIOLA Brickell where he was the manager until he left to open DolceVino.
