About Us
Doc began to develop a passion for BBQ when he was young, watching his dad cook down in the hills of Tennessee. The passion continued to grow over the next 20+ years just smoking meat in the backyard. Wanting to find more information about BBQ, Doc stumbled upon some BBQ forums. One person that Doc met on a forum is Aaron Moore. This friendship soon led to his first rib cook-off.
