This class is not for beginners! This BootCamp is an indoor and outdoor workout! It is also partner based work so bring a friend of equal fitness level or be paired up with one of the veterans upon arrival! This intense workout moves from station to station delivering the ultimate total body workout! This class is reported to burn from 650-1000 calories based on how hard you are pushing yourself. It is a #nonstop weighted cardio workout. Please be ten minutes early!
