It's ok not to get dressed up, to not eat BBQ off linen table clothes, or to not pay an arm and a leg for quality world class barbeque. It's ok to split a sandwich, to order water (we won't look at you funny), to have dinner and not order cocktails. It's ok for the owner to take your order and get you more tea. It's ok to wink at the waitresses because they are cute. It's ok to bring the kids because they can eat for only $2.00.
Of course we expect the parents to order a great big meal. It's ok if you don't find your favorite team pennant, bring your own and we'll put it up. It's ok if you're on a diet, order it plain & add sauce in moderation - it's very lean. I've been feeding the Tri-Cities for over 25 years.
