Dimitri always had a passion for food beginning as a young boy working in his fathers restaurant Fremont Dock, in Seattle WA. Growing up in the food industry Dimitri dreamed of one day opening a small restaurant. Through the years and Dimitri's passion for food, he following in the foot steps of his beloved father, John, learning family recipes and developing techniques in the kitchen that by far have proven to be quite a culinary talent. Dimitri and his family have opened up many restaurants together through the years and ventured to Orlando in the late 90's to open Athenian Garden Greek Restaurant.
