Doing this exercise daily opens and builds your neurological pathways. and creates new channels for thoughts and ideas to flow through. This exercise is extremely powerful for people who have had a mild stroke or brain damage, or who are becoming forgetful. It can be painful at first, but practice makes it stronger and easier. The added benefit is a stronger eye muscle and possible eyesight improvement. Repeat the pattern a few times to get a sense of how it effects you. Trace some of these basic shapes with your eyes: circle; square; X; triangle; now reverse all the above. As you do these exercises, your ability to concentrate will expand and your genius will surface.

Look up at your hairline as hard as you, as soon as you feel the burn, SLOWLY close your eyes. Take a deep breath and relax the eye muscles. Take another deep breath and allow all the rest of your muscles to relax. Slowly open your eyes.
Take a nice deep breath, and as you exhale slowly, close your eyes and relax your shoulders.
Take another deep breath, and with this exhale, relax the rest of your body just as you did your shoulders.
Now, using your imagination
And sometimes people see it, sometimes they feel it, sometimes they even pretend. Notice now that at the tips of each of your fingers there's a valve, more like a spigot, like a faucet. Imagine that you're opening each little spigot, and any stress; confusion; doubt; negativity (or any emotion, feeling, or craving that you want to release) from the top of your head all the way down to your waist is draining out those spigots. Any tension, just let if flow out from the top of your head all the way down to your waist, just let it push out with each exhale.
And you happen to notice that at the tips of each of your toes, there's the same little set of spigots.
And while the spigots at your fingertips continue to flow, just open those spigots on your toes, and allow any additional stress, or confusion, or doubt or negativity (or whatever you are releasing) to flow out your toes, all of it now, (With each exhale) pushing out, running out, flowing out.
And as you notice the stream lessening down to just a dripping
Allow yourself to imagine a warm healing light from the universe shining right down onto the top of your head
Shining to you, and all the way through you. Filling you up with the healing light, pushing out the stress, doubt, the confusion, the negativity, pushing it all the way out, shining out your fingertips, shining out your toes, until you are radiant, glowing with the warm healing light. Enjoy that feeling for a moment and then slowly open your eyes.
Get comfortable. Take three deep breaths slowly. Close our eyes.
Count backwards beginning with the number 25.
As you do, imagine you are drawing each number on a GIANT chalkboard (as big as possible) put down the chalk, pick up the giant eraser and erase the board completely before moving on to the next number, repeat counting down.
You will be asleep before you reach the number 1. Otherwise, just begin again at 25.

When you go to bed, starting tonight and continuing for the next 7 days, just before you are ready to fall asleep
Give yourself the following suggestion 10 times: "Every day, in every respect, I get better and better" While you are saying the suggestion, imagine yourself in any way you can. Getting better and better.
In order not to fall asleep and not to lose count
Every time you say the suggestion press down with each finger of your right hand. Then, continue with each finger of your left hand until you've completed the suggestion 10 times.
This may be your first attempt at learning to effectively program yourself through suggestion.
It is of the utmost importance to do this exercise every night without falling asleep until you've completed the 10 repetitions.
You are beginning to establish a habit pattern of properly programming yourself by giving yourself positive suggestions before going to sleep.
The next day, you'll find yourself reacting very positively to that suggestion.
