Our vision is to provide a comfortable, friendly, neighborhood cafe where our guests enjoy Latin flavors of the lower Americas in their traditional style. Diegos’ recipes are freshly made; from the warm house-made bread that starts your journey, to the fresh crepes, and to the guacamole, salsas and sauces that accompany your meal. We consciously source quality products that are friendly to our environment. This includes free range, naturally-raised meat without antibiotics or hormones, as well as sustainably-raised fish, and local, organic produce (when available). We aim is to to give our guests the best possible experience possible by operating with love, professionalism, attention to detail,
