Vinyas

Gentle Hatha
combines breath, stretching, relaxing yoga postures, and buddhist meditation. accompanying music ranges from balinese flute and tibetan singing bowls to bob dylan and jeff buckley. appropriate for all levels.
All Levels Classes
incorporates breathing exercises, standing poses, moderate hatha flow, twists, abdominal strengtheners, and sun salutations. every class ends with soothing music, a relaxation pose, and meditation.
Tibetan Heart Yoga
a colorful and fun yoga practice blending breath work, buddhist meditation, and traditional tibetan poses like touching the horizon and niguma's sky archer with more familiar indian poses like pigeon and half-moon. appropriate for all levels.
