In this style of yoga, students flow dynamically between postures gaining a fun and spontaneous yoga experience. Vinyasa means connecting breath with movement, so we focus a lot on connecting mind and body through the breath. All levels of students will find this class will build strength, flexibility and calm your mind.
Heated Restorative Stretch
This is a 75 min class. Our Heated Restorative class is a meditative practice that will restore and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. It is designed to relieve stress as you rest in calming postures and stretch your comfort zone. The room is heated to 95-105 degrees, so you will stretch safely. We focus on breath awareness and as you immerse yourself in every posture, you will become more aware of your emotional and physical reactions and messages. You build mental strength and concentration by focusing inward. Stillness of the mind evolves and stress leaves your body. We close the class with a guided meditation that will leave you with a sense of deep relaxation and peace of mind. Try this class, you will not believe the restorative powers you will unlock within yourself.
Yin / Yang Flow - (Warm 85-95 Degrees)

This class can provide you with a practice that starts with an energizing and uplifting yoga and evolves into a deep, introspective and quiet yoga that sets you on way for the rest of your day. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners from beginners through advanced students and the room is heated to 85-95 degrees for the first half of class and the heat is turned off for the second half of class.

Hot 26 / Hot Yoga - 75 Min
This is a challenging class for all levels. It is a 75 minute class based on the traditional hot yoga style from the Bikram lineage. The yoga / asana is practiced in a room heated to 95 -105 degrees. Hot 26 is the Bikram series of 26 Poses and two breathing exercises. Hot Yoga is the Barkan version of the traditional Hot Yoga which has more vinyasa flow style along with the Hatha postures. All levels from beginners through advanced practitioners are encouraged to attend. The teacher will offer modifications to each posture to either increase or decrease the intensity of the class depending on every individual students needs.
Yin Yoga (Unheated)
This is a 75 min class in a NON-HEATED room. Yin Yoga has the same goals and objectives as any other school of yoga (stress relief, increased energy level, strength, flexibility, balance, etc); however, it directs the stimulation normally created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues (which we are calling the yang tissues). Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. While initially this style of yoga can seem quite boring, passive, or soft, yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. We can remain in the postures anywhere from one to twenty minutes! Yin and yang tissues respond quite differently to being exercised. You need to experience this to really know what Yin Yoga is all about. After you have experienced it, even just once, you will realize that you have been doing only half of the asana practice.
Yin Yoga by Candlelight (Non-Heated)
This is a 75 min class in a NON-HEATED room. Mindful Flow
This class is another movement based practice, flowing movement with breath. It is practiced in a hot room (95-105 degrees) and you will focus on linking breath and poses. We practice sun salutations, balancing postures and inversions, everything you are looking for, its all in there. The teacher offer modifications so all levels are welcome!
