Demeris Catering has grown the last 50 years and is now the 3rd largest caterer in Houston as listed by the Houston Business Journal (HBJ) Book of Lists. We have the staff and experience to accommodate functions for as many as 20,000 people. With the advent of the catering division, we brought on a whole new line of menus. Bar-b-q is no longer our only speciality.
