1 hr; Water Aerobics – If you're looking for aerobic intensity, this class is one to try. The class is designed to increase the cardiovascular capacity while including resistance exercises that will increase muscle tone and flexibility. Class time is split between the shallow water and deep water. No swimming skills required, but must be comfortable in the deep water.

45 min; Beginner (Red Cross Learn to Swim Level I) Child: be very comfortable moving in the water and getting entire face wet. Class time: 50 min Maximum Class Size: 10 In this class, students will learn how to be confident moving in the water, they will be introduced to basic swimming strokes, learn underwater exploration, and drowning prevention skills.
