My name is Debra Downs. I have trained in the fields of psychology, yoga, meditation and life coaching. I am a yoga teacher, educator, writer and counselor and I am passionate about helping individuals heal by bringing them back into their bodies and understanding their own personal conditioning (old habits) that prevents them from reaching their personal goals.
