This class is designed to be the bridge into a more regimented, structured, and rigorous strength and conditioning program. Each week, we focus on a specific compound exercise movement, core strength/stability, and add in a conditioning component. We teach the "ins-and-outs" of lifting movements, proper bio-mechanics, core strength, all while enforcing and teaching weight room safety and etiquette. Each session includes a cross-training conditioning session which encompasses the theme of the day. Athletes who are prepping for their middle school or high school level strength programs will find great value and accelerate faster after being in this class.

Performance Training (Semi-Private)
This is a highly-individualized programming and training option which puts a heavy emphasis on personal progression. Meeting in a setting with up to 4 other like-minded individuals, any athlete/client can execute their training program alongside a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Each participant goes through an assessment which allows for collaboration on the best strength & conditioning/speed & agility/weight loss program possible moving forward.
