Duration: 1 hour; Free; Crouch like a tiger, hit like Bruce Lee. Jump into kung fu, one of the most versatile and practical of the martial arts. Get a killer workout as you punch, kick, grapple, and throw opponents around. With kung fu, you've got an art form that is guaranteed to improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and control. Every class includes a warm up, instruction on new material, and time to practice what you've learned. Whether you have never thrown a punch in your life or already a black belt in another style, kung fu is a great way to increase your knowledge of self-defense, all while having a great time.
