Paella
Paella is a traditional Spanish rice dish, from the Valencia region of Spain. The Cuban version does not heavily utilize saffron, a spice harvested from the stigmas of the Crocus Sativus flower. The dish includes vegetables and spices, such as tomatoes, onions, garlic, and peas. Slowly cooked in white wine and stock, the rice and vegetables have a wide variety of proteins.

Our team is able to provide you with a wide range of catering options. This includes simple boxed lunches for a small number of people, to a full service, on site catering with bartender. If you need a custom quote, please do not hesitate to call us so our team can provide guidance on how to structure your event. Our terms are as follows:
We require at least 8 day notice for large events and onsite catering.
We require at least 48 hour notice for delivery by our team.
50% downpayment on all large orders, non refundable.
Any catering order over $500 can be delivered by our team within a 5 mile radius with a $25 extra charge.
Extra miles will be charged accordingly.
For Non-Onsite Catering (Large events) we will provide disposable containers along with napkins and plastic/paper flatware for an extra fee.
