Home of Chef Daniel Thiebaut's French Asian cuisine, the restaurant is in the heart of Big Island's Waimea town. Housed in the historic Chock In Store which served the Waimea ranching community from 1900 to 1995, the atmosphere in this unique restaurant is warm and friendly.
The interior of Daniel Thiebaut is sure to please with its original feel and period furnishings. Designer linens and portraits from local artists compliment the five distinct dining rooms, with seating for groups of 6 to 190. For larger groups (up to 400 patrons), a tented venue is available on the restaurant grounds. (Additional information concerning catering and large groups is readily available.) A tropical garden and fragrant mulang trees border the restaurant.
