Dancing Goats Blend
Bold & Tasty: hints of chocolate, spice. Our signature blend! Dark, smooth and sweet with a beautiful floral aroma, exceptionally clean acidity and a heavy, nutty body. Flavor nuances include fresh citrus fruits and fine chocolate. Caramelly and spicy, its complexity makes for both a flavorful espresso with rich, rusty reddish-brown crema as well an excellent drip coffee. This fabled blend is featured in espresso bars, cafes and restaurants across the United States that strive to create the "perfect cup".
Complex & Aromatic: hints of orange, Brazil nut. Named for the tempestuous volcano and celebrating the country that gave us espresso. An earthy, herbal perfume combines with malt and roasted nuts in this heavy-bodied blend. Its subtly dark character shines when it is prepared as a thick, rich and tangy espresso.
Mocha Java Blend
Exotic Spice: hints of clove, peanut butter. Our bright and spicy take on a vintage blend. The first coffees blended together were likely wild Ethiopian beans and Dutch-cultivated Javanese coffee. Batdorf & Bronson pays homage with this blend. Mocha Java Blend transports you to a busy market in the ancient port of Moka where you're sure to encounter a dry acidity, softly textured body, and scents and flavors of dried fruits and exotic spices.
Skye's Mountain Blend
Velvety & Lush: hints of raspberry, herbs. Reminiscent of a vintage port. Our customers have been enjoying Skye's since 1987, when our own Carolyn Skye developed this blend with inspiration from the majestic mountains of the Pacific Northwest. We've fine-tuned the ingredients from time to time, but the spirit remains intact. The year's most exquisite coffees from East Africa provide luxurious notes of spicy black currant. French roast contributes depth and character, while Sumatra adds weight and complexity.

From the carefully attended government-owned estates in Eastern Java comes this distinctive Indonesian coffee. Organic Decaf Peru
Flavorful & Mild: Organic Decaf Peru. A medium body and mild acidity with notes of hazelnut and orange zest. This naturally decaffeinated mild coffee exhibits hints of nut and citrus and is enjoyable throughout the day and evening. It is also a shot of espresso that is sure to please.
Earthy & Herbal: Sumatra Mandheling. Earthy cedar notes with sweet tobacco flavors. This bold and delightfully full flavored coffee is sure to please almost any palate. An unmistakable coffee experience features a heavy and dense body. In addition to the earth, cedar and tobacco notes, this coffee exhibits a clean and fresh herbal acidity.
Organic Mexico Sierra Mixteca
Sweet & Spicy: Organic Mexico Sierra Mixteca. Traditional harvesting and processing methods are used on these forested farms. The cup is very chocolaty and sweet with profound aromatics of cinnamon and clove. A medium light roast is imparted to develop these sweet flavors and coax out a heavy and velvety mouth feel. This Sierra Mixteca coffee is sure to please even the most discerning coffee aficionado.
Organic Nicaragua Isabelia
Balanced & Sweet: Organic Nicaragua Isabelia. Traditional harvesting and processing methods are used on these forested farms. Heirloom varieties grown on lush, forested farms produce the finest Nicaraguan coffees. Ours boasts a sweet chocolaty aroma, deep and intense flavors of dark fruits, cinnamon, cocoa, and a well-structured body.
Organic Costa Rica Finca los Bobos
Bright & Fruity: Organic Costa Rica Finca los Bobos. Clean and sweet with flavors of caramel, bergamot, and citrus blossom. Minor Corrales is a member of the AFAORCA producing Cooperative in the Tarrazu Valley of Costa Rica. Batdorf and Bronson has been buying coffee from AFAORCA for ten years and we have all come to love this coffee as our "Cerro del Fuego" offering. However, this year we will be receiving this producer specific lot from Minor Corrales and his farm Finca "Los Bobos". "Los Bobos" refers to a bird encountered frequently on the farm.
Guatemala Antigua Finca El Valle
Elegant & Intense: Guatemala Antigua Finca El Valle. After 12 years of buying this coffee from the Gonzalez family farm, El Valle is still a favorite with customers and staff. Elegantly balanced, bold, lush, and intense, El Valle is truly a remarkable coffee. Third generation producer Cristina Gonzalez' unwavering dedication to quality and care for her environment are reflected in this staff favorite. Chocolate-infused aromatics, a heavy caramelly body and sugar-cane sweetness dominate the cup, but don't overpower the subtle nuance typical of the finest Antigua coffees - a clean spicy note that is a constant reminder of the active volcanoes that surround the region.
Sweet & Citrusy: Rwanda Bufcafe. Sweet and citrusy, Rwanda returns to our coffee offerings with hints of lemon grass, vanilla, sugar cane and mandarin orange. From the Nyarusiza washing station of Nyamagabe, high in the mountains in south-central Rwanda, comes this lush and fragrant coffee. Picked from old-growth 100% Bourbon coffee plants, this coffee is wet milled and then dried on raised beds, called "African beds," rather than drying patios. The washing station is owned and operated by Epiphanie Mukashyaka, a genocide survivor, and her son Sam Muhirwa, who pay a premium to smallholder farmers to ensure they receive the highest quality coffee. Roasted to bring out a vanilla-like sweetness, you might also detect a bit of honey underneath the delicate lemon and more pronounced juicy mandarin orange.

Costa Rica La Minita del Sol
Full Body & Sparkling: hints of maple, orange juice. Sugary maple sweetness with brilliant citrus acidity. These 100% sun-dried coffee beans feature bright acidity and luscious body that combine for perfect balance and illuminate flavors of maple and freshly squeezed orange juice. This coffee is sweet and rewarding, with a crystal clean finish. We are proud to be able to offer this world exclusive coffee to our customers and know you will appreciate its unique characteristics.
Organic French Roast
Bold Comfort: hints of sugar, molassas. Toasty flavors of dark chocolate and caramel. Our French roast process mellows the acidity without compromising it, creating a balanced and sweet cup. You'll find chocolate and toasty flavors mixed with sugary sweetness.
Dark & Smoky: hints of oak, toffee. Smoky and bittersweet with a creamy body. Italian is our darkest roast. It features a smoky aroma, luxurious flavors of bittersweet chocolate, a plush and creamy body, almost bottomless depth, and a wonderfully lingering finish. It's as enticing as a walk through the narrow streets of Venice.
Vigorous & Earthy: hints of blueberry, scotch. Intriguing and absolutely unique. Ethiopia Harar still retains many of the exotic characteristics of its wild mountain ancestors first enjoyed by monks centuries ago. If you prefer pheasant to chicken, or a hearty rye to white bread, this may be the coffee for you. Our naturally-processed Harar produces a distinct flowery and fruity taste. Chamomile, rosemary and blueberry flavors combine and vie for your attention, sip after sip. Harar showcases a medium-full creamy body and is a perennial favorite of our customers and retail staff.
Mellow & Sweet: hints of cocoa, vanilla. Rich hints of cacao and vanilla. Our French roast process mellows the acidity without compromising it, creating a balanced and sweet cup. You'll find chocolate and toasty flavors mixed with a sugary sweetness.

Honduras Familia Fernandez
Sweet & Mild: Hints of vanilla and lime. Another year, another stunning coffee from our friends, the Fernandez family in Honduras. High on the hills above Lake Yojoa in Honduras you will find the ideal environment, not for growing coffee, for growing stunning award winning coffee. The area known as Santa Barabara is cooler than the low lands which leads to slow maturation of coffee beans. Combine this extra time the bean spends saturating inside the coffee cherry with the uncompromising passion and expertise of the Fernandez family and you get a sweet, balanced, citrusy coffee with a floral aroma and a medium body that you can drink all day long.
